1、压缩机铜管吸气温度检测(只在制冷运行时检测)

如果在冷水机组开机运行30分钟后,检测到压缩机的吸气温度低于0度,则说明水侧换热器中水流量不够导致蒸发温度和蒸发压力下跌,并导致氟里昂在蒸发器流向压缩机的吸气管道中还在蒸发吸热,才会导致压缩机吸气温度低于0度;另外还需排除水温设定点过低而导致的蒸发压力和蒸发温度的下跌;而非标低水温机组只要保证压缩机有6~8℃的吸气过热度即可认为正常。所以在正常水流量下,压缩机的吸气温度一般均会大于0℃,低于此值需排除水系统问题。

2、冷水机的回水温度和出水温度检测(机组需正常状态)

开机30分钟后通过机组的控制系统的参数查阅系统或机组冷冻水系统进出水温度计,可读出机组运行时的进水温度、出水温度,其差值需确保在4-6度左右,如果进出水温差过大,则表示水系统流经板式器的水流量偏小,从而有可能导致机组不能正常运行或损坏。

3、水泵运行电流检测

通过检测冷水机水泵运行电流,与额定电流比较,可以判断出现行实际的水流量比水泵额定水流量是大还是小,与前面几项参数一起综合判断,才能得出一个确切的水系统检测分析判断报告。

4、机组进出水管的水压力检测

通过对回水压力和出水压力值的检测,再在机组的随机说明书里查该冷冻机在该进出水压差下的水流量是多少,通过查阅说明书里该机组的水流量对应表或图,从而判断水系统是否正常;并通过这个差值来判断是哪一段水管道的阻力值偏大,并作出相应整改方案和行动。
